Workout at the Beach, Blog #7 P90X First Round Results! Viewers Beware…

P90X First Round Results!  Here at “Workout at the Beach” I finished my First round of P90X two days ago! My P90X transformation results were good for having to go through all the holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, I lost a total of 14 lbs. and 11 inches. Below are  my P90X transformation pictures and stats. I really didn’t want to post my pictures as I am a little embarrassed but if it helps just one person to start it is worth it.  I only got average results because I only put in average effort.  In my next round I plan to Bring It!  Believe it or not,  I was thin most of my life but if I don’t do something soon the most of my life as “thin” will be diminishing fast as I approach the spry age of 45 in a few weeks.  :(   It took me 106 days to complete the 90 day program; and I was determined to finish this workout program. I wanted to stop several times. Saying to myself   “I can just restart after the New Year” “a couple of days off won’t hurt me”  blah, blah, blah… I really tried to eat well and usually did.  I only missed a few workouts here and there but obviously had some extra rest days hence the 106 days to finish. LOL  Although my results were not extraordinary to say the least I feel they are an accomplishment. Over the next 2 weeks I will help you and I prepare for the next round of P90X as it was designed. Workouts in 90 Days and follow the Nutrition Guide.  I kind of winged it this time but at least I completed it. I knew I would not be able to follow the P90X plan to a tee during the Holidays and I am extremely happy that I did in fact finish.  As you all know, if you have been following my blog and paying attention you know I am first and foremost a procrastinator (which I am in the process of changing in 2012) and second I don’t finish what I start (which I am in the process of also changing in 2012)  So the Fact that I Finished P90X is a huge accomplishment for me!  Below, as you can see I improved my weight, lost inches, body fat and my blood pressure even went down!  I have been on this crazy journey since 2006!  I tried to delete my past entries but no such luck.  So as you can I  YoYo’d … I had gotten to the 180′s somewhere in time but didn’t enter it into the Team Beachbody web site.  The site is a great tool to keep you on track and to see your progress.  It also has lots of helpful information to keep you on track.  My Fit test results will follow soon hopefully tomorrow!  Like I said,  I look forward to another round of P90X starting March 1st and hope you will join me as we workout at the beach!
